WASKE (ワスケ) is an internal operations management system from the eBase Solutions Group. It combines three tools — work-schedule management, shift creation and the TORA BASE training platform — into one PDCA cycle, so that standards are documented, taught, scheduled, executed and measured in a single system.
The negative spiral
Poor manuals lead to inconsistent training. Inconsistent training leads to quality problems. Quality problems lead to turnover — and the new hires arrive to the same poor manuals. Chains and service businesses with high proportions of part-time, temporary and foreign-national staff know this cycle well.
WASKE is designed to reverse it: standardized operations, accumulated knowledge, stable staffing.
Three components, one system
Work Schedule Management (WS)
Daily task plans are generated automatically from shift data. Staff confirm and report completion from a mobile app; supervisors review results in real time. Optimal task times are calculated from history, workload is balanced across staff automatically, and tablet-accessible process guides eliminate instruction errors.
TORA BASE (Operations Manual & Training)
The training and knowledge layer. Self-check results feed directly back into task-performance tracking, so managers see not just who completed training but how it shows up on the floor.
Shift Creation Tool
Staff submit availability from a calendar on their phone. Managers build the schedule on a planning screen that shows the whole team at once, then export to CSV or integrate with external time-and-attendance systems.
TORA BASE on its own
The manual nobody reads, replaced.
TORA BASE (トラベース) is a browser-based field training support app. It runs on the tablets, phones and PCs your staff already have — no app to install.
