Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
eBase Solutions, Inc. respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website, contacts us, or uses our products and services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to ebase-solutions.com and to the business activities of eBase Solutions, Inc., a California corporation with offices at 6754 Bernal Avenue, Ste 740110, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Our Japanese affiliates within the eBase Solutions Group publish their own personal-information policies, available at ebsi.jp.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a contact or demo-request form, email us, or speak with our team, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, preferred language, and the content of your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our servers and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
Client data. When we deliver services or deploy our products, we may process data belonging to our clients, including documents and records that contain personal information. We process that data only as a service provider, on our clients’ instructions and under the terms of our contract with them. This policy does not govern our clients’ own privacy practices.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, demo requests and support questions
- To provide, maintain and improve our products and services
- To send information about our services where you have asked to receive it
- To operate, secure and improve our website
- To meet legal, accounting, tax and contractual obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential parts of the site will continue to function, though some conveniences may not.
Sharing and international transfers
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written agreement — for example hosting, email, analytics and customer-relationship providers — and with our affiliates within the eBase Solutions Group where necessary to deliver a service to you. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Because our group operates in both the United States and Japan, information you provide may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from either country. We take steps designed to ensure that information receives an equivalent level of protection wherever it is processed.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, contract or legitimate business need. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer useful.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Our Japanese affiliates hold PrivacyMark certification, Japan’s standard for the protection of personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, or Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
Our website links to other sites, including ebsi.jp and external references. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
